We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn this personal information from users under the age of 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to promptly delete such data from our records. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal nor, where permitted by applicable law, will it affect processing of your personal information carried out in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent .

7. CONTROLS FOR DO NOT TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to be tracked.  At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT Signals has been finalized.  As such, we do not currently respond to DNT Browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.  If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
